150g (1.5cup) rice flour

1 tbsp tapioca flour

2 tbsp corn flour

600ml water

Sugar 2 tspn

Salt 2tspn

Mix and steam a thin layer on a flat pan for about 2 mins till the layer is transparent 

Serve with sesame oil, hoisin sauce, sesame seeds, fried onions, Chilli sauce and spring onions
