Pan fried dice spam and crabmeat with little soya sauce, sugar, pepper.

Stuff inside squid that has already been cleaned. Use a tooth pick to secure stuffing.

On a pan, mix soya sauce, sugar, dashi, mirin and rice wine. Bring to boil. 

Cooked squid on each side around 2 -3 mins. Remove. Reduce sauce. Cut squid and pour thickened sauce over. Serve.
