400g bread flour (100g whole meal flour +300g white flour)

250ml water

200g starter

2 teaspoon yeast (20g) 

20g gula Melaka or brown sugar

Mix and proof overnight. 

Next day knead and proof.

Preheat oven at 250C

Spray water on dough and heat for 30min. Spray water every 10 min.
