1 1/4cup or 165g  flour

3/4 cup (1500 grams) granulated white sugar

1/4 cup (30 grams) ground almonds
2 eggs
1/2 cup (120 ml) oil 
1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
Zest (outer skin) orange or lemon 
1 teaspoon (4 grams) pure vanilla extract
2 teaspoons (8 grams) baking powder

1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) salt

Combined everything and whisk.

7 – 8 prune plums cut into quarters to lay on top of cake, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 175C for 50 mins
Sugar dust.
Serve with custard vanilla sauce 

Milk, sugar and 6 egg yolks , 2 table spoon corn flour. Whisk under flame.
