Rub duck with tea leaves (empty from tea bag) and 5 spices powder. 

Heat in oven for 1.30 min at 180 C. Remove and drain off oil from tray, back in with carrots and onion on the bottom of duck and continue heating for another 40 mins or till skin is crispy.

Use some brewed tea to make the sauce. Mix with sauce from duck and combine with soya sauce and other suitable ingredients like orange juice.
