Bake around 4 sweet potatoes with thyme and rosemary, diced and skin removed, (olive oil drizzled and salt and pepper ) till soft (about 40 mins on 180c )

One can of beans, mix with slightly Caramelized sweet potatoes, add mustard, lime, crushed sesame seeds, sesame oil, pepper.

Keep tasting till you get the flavour right. 

Garnish with olive oil, parsley and paprika
