1 cup (225 grams) butter
1 cup (205 grams) brown sugar
1/4 cup (60 ml) (90 grams) melted gula Melaka 
2 large egg whites (60 grams), at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon (1 gram) pure vanilla extract

2 2/3 cups (345 grams) all purpose flour

1 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) salt
1 teaspoon (2 grams) ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon (2 grams) ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon (1 gram) ground cloves

Mix everything , refrigerate and then make into round balls, coat with sugar, place on flat baking pan, flattened and bake at 180C for 13 minutes
