For The Cake:

1 3/4 cup of Cake Flour

1 stick (113g) Butter

1 tsp of Baking Powder

1/2 tsp of Salt

1/2 cup of Sugar

6 Eggs, separated

1 cup of Coconut Milk
Method: mix everything except egg white. Whisk till meringue and fold everything.

Bake at 175C for about 45mins. 

For layer: 

Custard: 2 egg yolk, milk , sugar and corn flour. Over medium heat, whisk till thickened. Cool and spread Over cake.

Sugar dust cake.

Serve with coconut condense milk that is lightly thickened with corn flour.
