Pork belly : poke hole on skin and let to dry in fridge overnight uncovered. 

Take out from fridge and rest at room temperature. Then cover with salt and bake at pre heated 180C oven for 30 mins. 

Take out and remove salt crust. 

Set oven to broil/ grill function and preheat at 250C. Put pork belly nearest to top grill and let it blister the skin for about 20-30mins. Monitor.
