Caramel: 1 cup sugar+ 3/4 cup water. Cake: 2 cup cake flour, 3/4 cup coco, 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 120g butter, 1 cup milk. FLAN: 1 can condense milk, 1 cup evaporated milk ,6 eggs. ( pour caramel first, then cake, then flan) 180 degrees – 40 mins. Refrigerate.
