Remove membrane on the back of the ribs, coat with seasoning and wrap with foil, bake at 180C for 2 hours. Open foil and glaze with BBQ sauce (in this recipe, char Siew sauce+BBQ sauce and tomato sauce is used with some hot sauce) back in oven bake for 15 minutes open foil. Repeat 3 times. (3x glaze every 15 mins)
