Mango Pannacotta (for 6 Pannacottas)

600ml of mix milk (or 2.5 cups) – 1 can evaporated, 1 can condensed milk and top up regular or coconut milk to make up measurement. Add sugar to desire sweetness if not sweet enough.

Melt 10g gelatin with some water and pour into heated milk mixture. (Do not over heat milk, just warm it) stir to melt gelatine. Sift the mixture and pour into small cups.

Once mixture firmed up, top up mango coulis. (Blended mango- if mango not sweet, add sugar to desire sweetness) around 1 mango for 2 cups.
